This policy explains what personal data Durva Fincorp collects through durvafincorp.cloud, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who we are

Durva Fincorp (“we”, “us”) provides financial products and services including mutual fund distribution, insurance solutions, and retirement and estate planning support. We act as a distributor of financial products, not as a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.

For the purposes of the DPDP Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data submitted through this website.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you actively type into the consultation form. This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Please do not send sensitive information through this form. Never include PAN, Aadhaar, bank account numbers, card details, passwords or OTPs in the message field. We will never ask you for these by email or over an unsecured channel.

3. How we use it

To respond to your consultation request and answer your questions
To arrange a meeting or call where you have asked for one
To keep records of client communication where required by regulation

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add addresses collected here to bulk marketing lists without your separate consent.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by voluntarily submitting the form, and, where applicable, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations that apply to financial intermediaries in India.

5. Who processes it on our behalf

Form submissions reach us through a third-party form service acting as a Data Processor:

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub processes standard server request data (such as IP address) to serve the page and protect against abuse. We do not have access to those server logs.

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google servers when the page loads. No other third-party resources are loaded.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technology. There is nothing for you to accept or decline.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted within 24 months. Where you become a client, records are retained for as long as the relationship continues, and thereafter for the period required by applicable financial regulation and tax law, whichever is longer.

8. Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS, so data you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to Durva Fincorp personnel who need it in order to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold
Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
Erasure — ask us to delete your data where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it
Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it
Grievance redressal — complain to us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved
Nominate — appoint someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity

10. Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We acknowledge grievances within 7 working days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
